Beautifully wrapped in an old dressmaker's pattern. What a clever idea!
A lovely hand-written note, a business card, and some extra little goodies in the shape of some cutey little map stickers.
And Miss Mollie Monster herself! She's such a little poppet. Just look at her lovely floral body and miss-matched eyes - it was love at first sight.
I named her Mollie because that was the first name that popped into my head when I was thinking about what to call her. When Georgina told me I'd won one of her plushie monsters I automatically began calling it a "he", but she's most definitely a "she", don't you think?
Georgina is someone I got chatting to on Twitter, back when I made my first foray over there. She's so friendly and helpful and full of good advice, and a ready re-tweeter whenever I need one! Plus she has a fantastic blog over at Georgina Giles where she details all her makes and workshops that she runs, amongst lots of other things. Hop over and take a look!
I was awarded Miss Mollie for my comments on her blog. How sweet is that?! So.....
....thank you Georgina, you are absolutely welcome, it's my pleasure.
Much love,
Emmalemonade x x
Your cute little monster is definitely a Mollie.....gorgeous fabric too.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your win Emma, it's fun finding little packages in the mail...
Shall pop over and check out Georgina's blog,
Have a great weekend,
Claire :}
